  • Job Description

    Our client, a company in the software development and IT industry—specializing in ERP software and IT services—is seeking a Business Development Consultant.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure a high customer retention rate.
    - Drive revenue growth in the Singapore Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) market by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
    - Schedule and conduct client meetings to present updates and gather feedback.
    - Collaborate with in-house business analysts and functional consultants to provide solutions for clients’ evolving requirements.
    - Respond to quotation requests and assist with business and grant proposals.
    - Upsell and cross-sell the company’s products and services to existing accounts.
    - Achieve account performance KPIs as agreed with management.
    - Maintain and update the in-house CRM system for accurate account reporting.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Degree in a related field
    - At least 2 years of sales experience in the software or IT industry, or experience in system development
    - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
    - Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
