  • Job Description

    Our client, a leading Japanese car leasing and rental company, is seeking an HR Manager to oversee and drive their HR operations in Singapore.

    【 Responsibilities 】

    1) HR Operations & Administration (Generalist)
    - Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal movements, and offboarding.
    - Oversee and administer payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
    - Manage and track employee leave entitlements (annual leave, medical leave, etc.) in line with company policies.
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files.

    2) Talent Acquisition
    - Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from job posting and candidate screening to selection and offer discussions, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

    3) Employee Relations & Compliance
    - Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries and address employee relations matters promptly and professionally.
    - Review and assist in drafting or updating employment contracts and HR policies to ensure legal compliance and alignment with best practices.

    4) Performance Management & Development
    - Review, refine, and improve the company’s performance appraisal framework and processes.
    - Collaborate with management to implement effective performance management strategies that support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, with solid experience as an HR Generalist.
    - Proven track record managing end-to-end HR functions in a small to mid-sized organization (around 50 employees) operating with a lean HR team.
