Job Description
Our client is a leading Japanese real estate company specializing in expert consulting services for clients interested in investing in Japan’s vibrant real estate market. They are currently seeking a Sales Manager / Sales Assistant Manager to support clients investing in Japanese properties such as buildings and hotels.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Proactively develop new client relationships and re-engage dormant accounts through various channels, including NS referrals, print media advertisements, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling.
- Secure Letters of Intent (LOI) from prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Japanese team in the Overseas Sales Department to ensure seamless coordination and client service delivery.
- Strengthen relationships with Relationship Managers (RMs) of the group-affiliated securities company.
- Present and recommend suitable real estate properties aligned with client needs and investment goals.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality materials, including property price comparisons (comps), sales and purchase proposals, and training/seminar documents.
- Arrange and coordinate itineraries for visiting clients from Japan, including property selection for viewings and pre-visit briefings to the Japanese team.

(Must)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate sales focused on new business development, with a commitment to a long-term role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Valid RES (Real Estate Salesperson) license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Excel.
