    Our client, a leading and well-established design company in Japan, is seeking a Sales Executive to manage the end-to-end sales process from client acquisition to project completion, with a focus on office and retail design projects.

    This position reports to the Manager.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Manage ongoing projects in the office and retail sectors
    - Conduct outside sales activities, including site visits
    - Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients
    - Prepare quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and close sales agreements
    - Liaise with creative teams to ensure alignment on project requirements
    - Oversee the full project process from initiation to completion
    - Handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Advantageous】

    (Must)
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in the interior design, construction, general contracting, or facilities industry
    - Proficient in English to communicate effectively with counterparts
    - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience in the interior design industry
    - Ability to read floor plans and detailed furniture drawings
    - Sales experience in a small company environment (including preparing quotations, negotiating with suppliers, closing deals, managing customer negotiations, and attending creative meetings)
