本ポジションでは、銀行システムに関するプロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトマネージャーまたはデリバリーリードとして、プロジェクトの推進と円滑な遂行を担っていただきます。
【 業務内容 】
・銀行システムの開発または導入プロジェクトにおけるPMOまたはデリバリーリードとしての業務
・プロジェクトの進捗管理、マイルストーン、課題管理、ToDoリストの管理およびクライアント向け進捗レポートの作成
・プロジェクトのコスト管理および人員管理
・クライアント、事業部門、ITチームとの密なコミュニケーションの維持
・プロジェクトの立ち上げから完了まで、チームをリードし円滑に推進
・クライアントの期待値を適切に管理し、企業イメージの維持・向上に貢献
资格
任职资格
【必須条件】
・四大卒以上
・IT関連プロジェクトのマネジメントまたはデリバリー経験が3年以上ある方
・プロジェクトの計画立案~実行、課題・リスク管理、リソース計画、ガバナンス対応までの一連のプロセスに関わったご経験者
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル(SDLC)全体に対する理解
・銀行システムの開発または導入プロセスへの理解
・銀行業務または銀行システムアーキテクチャに関する知識・経験
・銀行ビジネス全体の構造や、システム設計の概要を理解できる能力英文
