Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. The incumbent will provide both pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers in the semiconductor testing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring high customer satisfaction and positioning the company’s tester platform as the preferred solution in the market.Reporting to: Manager【Responsibilities】- Lead and manage project delivery to meet customer requirements and timelines- Provide post-sales technical consulting, including recommendations on test methodologies, hardware, and software features- Develop and deliver test libraries as requested by customers- Conduct application and system training for customers- Support and troubleshoot production issues such as correlation discrepancies, test time optimization, and yield improvement- Maintain strong customer relationships and gather competitive market intelligence
