Our client is the market leader in semiconductor test systems and equipment. We are seeking an outgoing, ambitious, and dynamic Marketing Manager to strengthen our corporate branding and industry outreach initiatives across Southeast Asia and India. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build partnerships with key industry stakeholders, support strategic planning, lead marketing programs, and evaluate business performance to maximize market reach.You will monitor industry developments and emerging trends, explore new growth areas, drive market penetration efforts, and gather business intelligence. This position involves close collaboration with various business units and functional teams and will have touchpoints across multiple areas of the organization.Reporting to: Division Head of Marketing Division【Responsibilities】- Drive new business development and support emerging market initiatives across the ASP region (Southeast Asia, including India).- Research, analyze, and evaluate industry trends to identify opportunities for value creation and business expansion.- Develop strategies for product introduction and business development, supporting Business Units in meeting their objectives.- Collaborate with Sales, Support teams, and external partners to establish effective sales channels and business processes.- Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for the ASP region, working closely with industry stakeholders to enhance corporate branding and product positioning.- Provide business intelligence and timely updates to the Business Units, Management, and Sales teams.- Perform additional duties as assigned for job enrichment and broader business exposure.

The incumbent's responsibilities include providing pre-sales and post-sales support to customers on semiconductor testing and maintaining customer satisfaction to maintain or become the preferred tester platformDivision: System Application Engineering DivisionReporting to: Manager【Responsibilities】- Project delivery and support of Test Program/Test Library creation, conversion or consultation as required by Customer- Provide support and consultation for Hardware and Software solutions for Customer Projects- Post-sales consulting and support including test methodology enhancements and modifications, test hardware/ software feature recommendations, and audit- Support and debug production issues like correlation, test time yield discrepancy etc- Delivery of application training, knowledge transfer and skill-up for Customer
