In this role, you will focus on supporting initiatives that drive operational efficiencies and design scalable, automated workflows. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications for RPA (Robotic Process Automation), AI, and system integrations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the department’s boundary systems, including the design and implementation of solutions for new initiatives and change requests.
