You will also act on behalf of the CSAO during their absence.【 Responsibilities 】1. Needs Assessment: - Assess the impact of market and industry changes on safety strategy within the BU.- Identify key safety-related issues and risks.2. Improvement & Innovation- Build a globally competitive, innovative organization and culture.- Drive timely adjustments in safety strategy aligned with business changes.3. Advisory Role- Provide expert safety advice and recommendations to BU executives.- Support decision-making for projects, change initiatives, and policy communication.4.
