人材開発・組織開発のコンサルテーションをしている日系上場企業のシンガポール法人にて、コンサルタント職の募集をしております。クライアントは日系大手企業におけるアジア・オセアニア地域の法人(もしくは地域本社)です。
経営のローカライズ化に向けた人材開発・組織開発がメインソリューションであり、クライアント組織の現状把握から、課題の特定、施策の企画立案、デリバリーチームのアサイン、実行フェーズの伴走支援までを包括的に行います。
【 業務内容 】
・クライアント組織の人材・組織における現状把握から課題の特定(主にクライアントへのヒアリング)
・課題解決に向けたオーダーメイドのソリューション企画
・最適なデリバリーチームの組成(外部専門家・コンサルタントの人選・アサイン)
・企画したソリューションの提案プレゼン
・受注案件の契約締結
・ソリューションの実行に向けた詳細設計(主に、クライアントやコンサルタントとの定例ミーティングの資料準備やファシリテーション)
・実行フェーズにおける伴走支援・各種コーディネーション(ASEAN諸国および日本への出張含む)
・上記全体プロセスにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント

・四大卒以上
・2年以上の関連業務経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・複数のステークホルダーをハンドリングしたご経験
