    Our client, a renowned animation, film, and entertainment company specializing in IP and visual content licensing, merchandising, and marketing across Southeast Asia, is seeking a hands-on and proactive HR professional.
    This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations while also leading HR governance, compliance, and process improvements to support business growth in a dynamic environment.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    1. HR Operations
    - Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness
    - Oversee leave administration, attendance tracking, and employee records management
    - Support recruitment activities including sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding/offboarding
    - Handle expatriate administration including work pass applications, renewals, and relocation support
    - Oversee office administration and coordinate with external vendors and service providers

    2. HR Governance & Compliance
    - Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and internal controls
    - Ensure full compliance with Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, etc.)
    - Drive HR-related audits and ensure proper documentation and compliance standards are maintained
    - Identify HR risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures
    - Establish and standardize HR processes to enhance operational efficiency

    3. Partner with Management on manpower planning and organizational development
    - Support workforce planning, budgeting, and HR-related reporting
    - Liaise closely with Japan HQ on HR matters, reporting, and policy alignment
    - Act as a key point of contact for employees and provide advisory support on HR matters

    4. Employee Engagement
    - Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
    - Promote a positive and compliant workplace culture

    5. Others
    Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirements & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    - Minimum 8 years of HR & Administration experience, covering both HR operations and governance/compliance
    - Hands-on experience in payroll processing, leave administration, and recruitment coordination
    - Strong knowledge of Singapore MOM regulations, Employment Act, and statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, etc.)
    - Proven experience in developing, implementing, or improving HR policies and processes
    - Experience handling HR audits, internal controls, or compliance-related matters
    - Familiarity with expatriate support and work pass procedures (EP, S Pass, etc.)
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct effective employee interviews and stakeholder management.

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience working in a Japanese company or with Japan HQ stakeholders
    - High level of professionalism with strong sense of confidentiality
    - Interest in Japanese entertainment, animation, or film industries, with a willingness for long-term commitment
