    Our client, a Japanese travel agency, provides comprehensive travel solutions for B2B clients, including ticket bookings and recommended transportation arrangements. They are seeking a Corporate Travel Consultant to join their dynamic team, responsible for planning and supporting business trips. This role reports directly to the Japanese Managing Director.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Manage travel reservations and respond to client inquiries using GDS (Global Distribution System).
    - Advise clients, plan detailed itineraries, and coordinate business trip arrangements
    - Build and maintain strong client relationships and support account management
    - Ensure accurate entry of travel and client information into reservation and mid-office systems for global reporting
    - Available on standby after office hours to support emergency calls via company mobile phone (typically 0–5 calls per week)

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant, including ticketing using GDS systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus)
    - Service-oriented with strong communication skills and a positive, approachable personality
    - Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with excellent interpersonal skills

    (Advantageous)
    - Managerial or supervisory experience, beneficial for guiding and supporting the existing team
