Our client is a Japanese trading company with a regional headquarters in Singapore, serving as the Asia hub of its global operations. They are currently seeking a Regional HR & General Affairs Executive to support expatriate-related HR functions and administrative operations across the Asia region. 【 Responsibilities 】1. Regional HR Operations (70%)- Handle requests from Headquarters and prepare/submit required documentation- Manage and operate the expatriate leave management system (Unit4)- Arrange meetings with the General Manager- Coordinate with regional offices regarding expatriate assignments and repatriations- Support regional approval processes and delegation of authority matters- Respond to inquiries from expatriates in accordance with internal overseas assignment policies- Coordinate expatriate personal income tax matters in collaboration with external advisors, including document collection and submission2. Singapore HR & Corporate Services (30%)- Support expatriates during onboarding and offboarding, including arranging serviced apartments- Update and maintain the Asia expatriate handbook- Manage golf club memberships and corporate hotel contracts- Liaise with external organizations such as the Japanese Association and Chamber of Commerce- Conduct office fixed asset stocktaking- Perform ad-hoc duties under the instruction of the General Manager
