  Our client, a well-established company in the B2B food industry, is seeking an Assistant to the Supply Chain Director (Vietnam-based). This role is responsible for providing comprehensive operational, administrative, and strategic support to ensure the effective execution of supply chain activities.
  
  Reporting line: Supply Chain Director
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Support the Director and senior management in improving sales and purchase operations, administrative processes, project coordination, and strategic initiatives.
  - Manage sales contracts, including confirming product specifications with customers, coordinating production with the manufacturing department, and liaising with relevant internal teams.
  - Coordinate with the shipping and logistics team to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  - Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
  - Monitor and manage costs to support profitability targets.
  - Assist the Director with daily operations, reporting, and strategic planning.
  - Monitor customer requests and market trends; share observations and suggestions with the team to enhance business performance.
  - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Production, Quality Control, and other departments to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both customers and the company.
  - Continuously develop knowledge of the company’s products and maintain awareness of industry demand and supply trends, particularly in the coffee sector.
  - Contribute to a culture of teamwork by sharing ideas, supporting colleagues, and fostering constructive discussions.
  - Demonstrate strong communication skills, including active listening, logical articulation, summarization, and clarification of issues.
  - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies at all times.
