Job Description
Our client is a leading online financial data service provider specializing in B2B solutions. Their platform delivers comprehensive business news, financial reports, stock price data, and in-depth industry analysis. To strengthen their sales team, they are seeking a Field Sales Executive to engage with Japanese enterprises and strategic teams (such as Corporate Planning, New Business, R&D) based in Hong Kong.
In this role, you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that demonstrate our unique value proposition.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Take full ownership of field sales activities within a structured sales framework.
- Lead the entire sales cycle—from proposal through negotiation to closing—for opportunities generated by the Inside Sales team.
- Identify and cultivate potential clients, schedule meetings, and close deals (lead generation, appointment setting, and closing).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Inside Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development to enhance customer value and accelerate business growth.
- Design and implement initiatives to expand successful use cases and develop new markets.

【 Requirement & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales and new business development experience in Hong Kong, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong capability to engage C-level clients, understand their needs and industry challenges, and develop comprehensive solutions.
- Proficiency in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N1 level) and in either English or Cantonese, to ensure effective business communication with stakeholders in Hong Kong.
(Advantageous)
- Experience selling complex solutions such as consulting services or enterprise software.
- Background in selling to large enterprises with a solid understanding of organizational structures and decision-making processes.
- Experience in business development or launching new ventures.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models.English Level
