    To further strengthen our sales team, we are hiring a Field Sales professional for Japanese companies based in Hong Kong.
    This role focuses on engaging with Japanese enterprises and their strategic teams (Corporate Planning, New Business, R&D, etc.), expanding in Hong Kong.

    As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our revenue process by building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.
    You will be responsible for proposing our solutions to major enterprises and professional firms, using hypothesis-based, consultative sales approaches that reflect our unique value.

    【What you will be working on】
    -Take ownership of field sales activities within our structured sales model
    -Lead new sales activities, from proposal to negotiation and closing, for opportunities generated by the Inside Sales team
    -Identify and develop potential clients, schedule meetings, and close deals (Lead Generation, Appointment Making, Closing)
    -Collaborate across functions, including Marketing, Inside Sales, Customer Success, and Product Development, to improve customer value and accelerate business growth
    -Design and execute new initiatives to expand successful use cases and develop new markets

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【What they're looking for】
    (Must)
    -Over 5 years of B2B sales and new business development experience in Hong Kong, with a proven track record of success
    -Strong ability to engage C-level clients, understand their needs and industry pain points, and craft comprehensive solutions
    -Fluent in Japanese (At least N1 level) and either English or Cantonese for business communication to liaise with stakeholders in Hong Kong

    (Advantageous)
    -Experience selling complex solutions such as consulting services or enterprise software
    -Background in selling to large enterprises, with a deep understanding of organizational structures and decision-making processes
    -Experience in business development or launching new ventures
    -Familiarity with SaaS business models
