• Job Description

  A Singapore-based recruitment firm operating in the staffing industry is seeking a Talent Sourcing Consultant (Career Consultant). The role sits within the recruitment department and supports candidate sourcing and placement activities, working closely with Recruitment Consultants.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Source and identify candidates who meet client requirements and expectations.
  - Conduct candidate interviews by phone and in person, including screening and evaluation.
  - Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
  - Review resumes and select candidates who match the job criteria.
  - Provide career advice and consultation to help candidates achieve their career objectives.
  - Oversee job offer processes, including salary discussions, start dates, and allowance arrangements.
  - Manage job postings and sourcing activities through to the candidate's start date.
  - Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to document candidate and client interactions.
  - Follow up with placed candidates to support their onboarding and initial well-being in the new role.
