Our client is a leading electric motor sales and repair company and one of Japan's top manufacturers of portable power tools. They specialize in the wholesale and distribution of electric power tools, along with related spares and accessories, to end users.The Business Development Executive (Outdoor Power Equipment) role focuses on supporting sales and marketing expansion within the outdoor power equipment sector.You will report to the Sales Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling- Actively pursue new customers and projects across various industries- Identify end-user opportunities and collaborate with dealers and channel partners to convert them into sales- Work closely with dealers and channel partners to drive sales and expand market coverage- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of our products- Identify opportunities to promote our full product portfolio, including power tools, accessories, outdoor power equipment (OPE), and cleaning equipment- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to provide insights to the sales team- Follow up on sales leads and convert opportunities into sales- Plan and execute sales activities to achieve monthly sales targets- Support marketing activities such as roadshows and exhibitions when required

With subsidiaries in the United States, China, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, and Germany, they have around 1,500 employees worldwide. Committed to working closely with customers and manufacturers, they aim to streamline order-receiving and maintenance systems. They are now seeking a Sales Manager to drive business development and expansion.【 What you will be doing 】Your main tasks are particularly the following:- Acquisition and business negotiation with customers in the field of the Semiconductor industry- Building up the new key account platform to expand the sales efforts- Presentation of the company’s products to the customers- Creating offers and having contract negotiations with business partners for general agreements- Working with the technical support team to resolve technical questions or develop solutions for the customers- Observing and analysis of the potential customers, markets and competitors companies- Creating the sales plan and strategy- Coordinating special marketing activities, such as fairs or trade shows etc.- Controlling and supporting the projects according to the customer’s needs- Coordinating the customer’s orders
