Our client is a Japanese manufacturer of electronic products.We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer (Semiconductor, Japanese-speaking) to join our team.Reports to: Sales Manager【Responsibilities】- Expand existing accounts and develop a new customer base to achieve sales targets for Drive & Automation products.- Implement sales strategies to increase market share and business opportunities.- Actively engage with customers to understand needs, provide technical recommendations, and propose tailored solutions.- Prepare tender bids, issue quotations, and manage the sales process from proposal through to closure.- Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.- Gather and analyze market intelligence, track sales progress, and report regularly to the Sales Manager.- Participate in marketing initiatives, including seminars and exhibitions, to promote products and solutions.- Travel frequently across Southeast Asia and Bangladesh for business needs.
