Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company, is seeking a Sales cum Admin Assistant (1-Year Contract, Convertible to Permanent) to support their spare parts sales operations. This role involves managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring exceptional after-sales support.This position reports directly to the Sales Director and Sales Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Provide administrative assistance to the Sales & Admin team. - Assist with data entry. - Coordinate deliveries with third parties.- Assist with warehouse receiving duties.- Receive and match all arriving parts (mechanical, electrical, fabrication, completed product, and expendables) with DO.- Verify and ensure accuracy against open PO and received DO- Pack materials or parts per customer's PO and arrange for courier or self-delivery.- Perform any other duties assigned by Management as needed.

Our Client is a Japanese mechanical and electrical engineering company. They are looking for a Project Supervisor to assist the Project Engineer in carrying out existing projects and improving efficiency.You will be working at the Client's project site.【 Responsibilities 】- Assist in the execution of the project assigned to him by the Project Engineer.- Assist in the requisition of resources for the project such as labour, materials, equipment and others.- Assist in handling/storing of materials/equipment - Reduce/minimise wastage of materials/equipment.- Supervise the subcontractor's work.- Liaise with affiliated parties for the material delivery.- Ensure the proper handover process of the project to the customer upon project completion.- Ensure safety practices are followed.- Assist engineer to carry out inspections of incoming materials and equipment for the projects at the work site.- Conduct quality checks of the subcontractor/vendor works daily.- Arrange site inspection with client/main contractors representative and update site installation progress- Update the drafter on-site changes regularly. - Arrange and obtain a permit to work before execution of the site.- Raise non-conformance product reports for non-conforming products.- Carry out assignments as detailed by the Senior Manager / Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager.

They are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor with expertise in M&E.Report to: Tender Manager【Responsibilities】- Prepare and submit monthly progress claim for projects assigned which include management of claims, certification of payment, controlling expenses & cashflow, variation orders, and final accounts. - Liaise with Site Personnel, Suppliers, Sub-contractors, Consultants and/or Architects for all project-related matters. - Attend meeting as schedule. - Prepare and update project files and tender/quotation files. - Co-ordinate with sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials. - Receive delivery items, and sub-contractor invoices and get engineers and supervisors to verify if necessary. - Perform ther ad hoc duties assigned by the superior.
