Our client is launching a new business and establishing a new factory in Singapore. They are seeking an experienced Lithography Process Engineer to join their team and contribute to advanced packaging solutions.【 Responsibilities 】1) Process Development & Optimization- Own lithography development for advanced packaging solutions.- Develop manufacturable, repeatable, and high-yielding processes.- Improve processes for cost reduction, cycle time reduction, and yield enhancement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead innovations in lithography and implement solutions.- Drive industry-leading lithography solutions for panel lithography.2) Equipment & Tooling Support- Participate in defining lithography equipment specifications and validating tools.- Work with cross-functional teams to monitor and maintain tool performance.3) Yield & Quality Improvement- Implement and refine process monitoring techniques and defect inspection to proactively resolve lithography defects.- Collaborate with upstream and downstream process owners (e.g., plating, deposition, etching) to ensure seamless integration.- Support the development of process flows for advanced packaging substrates.4) Data Analysis & Documentation- Perform statistical analysis (e.g., DOE, SPC) to identify and control critical process parameters.- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and control plans.5) Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with design, product engineering, equipment vendors, and manufacturing teams to support process scale-up and new product introduction (NPI).- Assist with customer qualifications and reliability testing as needed.- Contribute to product risk management discussions, leveraging expertise to influence decisions.6) Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the team and organizational goals.

They are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to drive project-based business development by identifying and working with main contractors, interior design firms, and construction companies to position their company products in large-scale building projects (e.g., hospitals, hotels, residences).This is a hybrid role combining project coordination and tender/vendor development, suitable for candidates with prior experience handling proposal-based sales in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) sectors or building system providers (e.g., HVAC, water systems).【Responsibilities】- Identify and establish relationships with new project partners (interior designers, construction firms, M&E consultants) involved in large-scale building and renovation projects.- Support and guide vendors in incorporating water heater solutions into their tender proposals.- Follow up on project leads and build a robust pipeline by tapping into upcoming construction and renovation projects (residential, commercial, healthcare, hospitality, etc.).- Coordinate internally the engineering and technical teams to support project customization and solution presentation.- Regularly conduct site visits, gather project progress updates, and ensure the project is secured and progressing.- Maintain relationships with existing clients, and seek upselling or expansion opportunities.- Monitor project schedules and vendor timelines to ensure successful delivery and installation of water heater systems.- Prepare market intelligence reports and weekly updates for management on project status and tender opportunities.- Attend coordination and management meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and company targets.

This role reports directly to the Senior Engineering Manager.【 What you will be doing 】- Designing the IC sockets for Semiconductor- Analyse the necessary to design - Check Measured IC socket and components report - Check drawings based on NBO/NTO using CAD - Check Measurement results locally made parts and customer's packages- Verify the customer's package drawing to the existing socket drawing- Liaising with colleagues and clients Products' design and development- Working with global engineering team members where you will be assigned- Provide technical support for Sales as needed - Provide technical support to customers through phone, email and on-site work 【Other Responsibilities】- Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Management - Report all irregular issues and problems to supervisor for resolution - Plan, prepare and give presentations to customers, trade shows, meetings etc. - Develop new business with own speciality knowledge and experience
