【 業務内容 】
・日本を含む複数地域におけるサステナビリティ・アドバイザリー案件の統括および遂行
・サステナビリティのベンチマーキングおよび情報開示プロセス(例:CDP、EcoVadis、S&P CSA)、ESG報告フレームワーク(GRI、ISSB、ESRS)、ならびにTCFD/ISSB S2報告、温室効果ガスインベントリ(スコープ1・2・3)、排出削減戦略、移行計画、責任ある企業活動および人権イニシアチブなどの気候関連サービスの管理
・クライアントの主たる連絡窓口として、体系的な技術的見解および実務的な戦略提言を提供
・プロジェクト計画、スケジューリング、リソース調整、品質管理、および全体的な成果の指揮
・分析レポート、排出量算定、報告書およびクライアント向け文書の検証および承認
・新規プロジェクトの機会特定、ソリューションの設計、提案書作成を通じた収益活動の支援
・エンゲージメント範囲の策定、報酬設計、および財務パフォーマンス管理の主導/参画
・アカウント拡大および部門横断的連携を通じたクライアントポートフォリオの強化
・ビジネス提案、プレゼンテーション、および交渉協議への参画
・ジュニアコンサルタントへの指導および育成
・規制の更新、新たなESG基準、市場動向を把握し、アドバイザリー業務へ反映

资格
任职资格
【 必須条件 】
・四大卒以上
・サステナビリティ・アドバイザリー、ESGコンサルティング、保証業務、または企業のサステナビリティ関連部門における約5~7年の関連実務経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・クライアントプロジェクトを管理し、上級ステークホルダーと連携してきた実績
・以下のいずれかの分野における実務経験
- ESG評価およびベンチマーキング(例:CDP、EcoVadis、S&P CSA)
- サステナビリティおよびESG情報開示(GRI、ISSB、ESRS)

They are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth and expand the company’s presence across Southeast Asia.This role reports directly to the Senior Manager.Territory: Hong KongBusiness Trips: Approximately once a month to Hong Kong (1-week stay)Clients: Distributors in the assigned territoryProducts: Processed Foods【 Responsibilities 】1) Deliver sales targets- Support quarterly and annual account strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets for Hong Kong and Macau under the direction of the Sales Manager.- Track sales performance by channel and SKU.
