Our client is a leading retail company in Asia, specializing in health products. They are seeking a data-driven and customer-centric CRM Executive (Retail Loyalty & FMCG – Singapore Market) to support the development and execution of membership and loyalty campaigns for the Singapore retail market. This role will focus on driving member acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation through targeted CRM strategies and marketing automation initiatives.【 Responsibilities 】- Assist in developing, executing, and optimising membership-related campaigns and automations to achieve CRM KPIs (e.g. acquisition, retention, repeat purchases, reactivation).- Strategically curate and deliver engaging, channel-appropriate content across EDM, SMS, and other CRM channels.- Manage campaign segmentation and support end-to-end campaign execution, including requirement gathering, data extraction, deployment, communications, and performance tracking.- Track, measure, and report campaign performance; design and conduct A/B testing (e.g. subject lines, SMS copy, send timing, frequency) to improve results.- Provide timely analysis and actionable insights to enhance CRM effectiveness.- Collaborate closely with company stakeholders to maximise CRM platform capabilities and enhance personalised, dynamic customer communications.- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to resolve membership-related feedback and complaints.- Support ad-hoc CRM initiatives and projects as assigned.

Our client is one of the biggest Japanese Manufacturers. Currently, they are looking for an SAP Logistics (SD/MM) Solution Analyst. This role reports to the Senior Manager.【Responsibilities】- Governance of technical/functional solutions in each phase of the project: requirement gathering, solution design, solution implementation and documentation- Evaluating business requirements, and delivering the solutions to business, also following company compliance/audit/statutory/legal requirements- Overseeing SAP integration with surrounding applications to ensure that new functionalities and enhancements do not adversely affect the existing SAP landscape- Setup SAP knowledge base, maintain and enrich template solutions- Governance of live sites' system support- Working with business users/BPOs to have a deep understanding of business processes and requirements- Provide the functional and technical support of the application to ensure it operates in an optimal mode- Working with external partners including development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions- Estimate the efforts and identify project skill & resource requirements & work with PMO/BPO and other CoE tracks to manage the deliverables on time & budget- Identify the key technical / business operation Gaps and provide innovative and business-orientated solutions to address them promptly- Driving business process standardization and simplification from the regional/Corp level- Not limited only to own track scope, work with other tracks, applications teams and business as one team to optimize End-to-End process
