Our client, a reputable Japanese trading company, is currently seeking a Strategy & Business Development Manager.【 Responsibilities 】- Lead the end-to-end innovation cycle, from identifying market shifts and customer pain points to designing and launching new business models.- Drive ideation processes that explore emerging technologies, new value chains, or unmet needs in the automotive and supply chain ecosystem.- Develop and implement forward-looking strategies aligned with the company's long-term growth vision.- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and macroeconomic shifts to inform innovation opportunities.- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design, test, and iterate new business concepts.- Apply Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies to rapidly prototype and validate ideas.- Build strong partnerships with startups, research institutions, and innovation hubs to explore co-development or investment opportunities.- Develop compelling business cases, financial models, and go-to-market plans for new ventures.- Pilot and incubate new initiatives, managing early-stage execution and transition to business units as appropriate.

Our client is one of the biggest Japanese Manufacturers. Currently, they are looking for an SAP Logistics (SD/MM) Solution Analyst. This role reports to the Senior Manager.【 What you will be doing 】- Governance of technical/functional solutions in each phase of the project: requirement gathering, solution design, solution implementation and documentation- Evaluating business requirements, and delivering the solutions to business, also following company compliance/audit/statutory/legal requirements- Overseeing SAP integration with surrounding applications to ensure that new functionalities and enhancements do not adversely affect the existing SAP landscape- Setup SAP knowledge base, maintain and enrich template solutions- Governance of live sites' system support- Working with business users/BPOs to have a deep understanding of business processes and requirements- Provide the functional and technical support of the application to ensure it operates in an optimal mode- Working with external partners including development, infrastructure, test, and production support teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions- Estimate the efforts and identify project skill & resource requirements & work with PMO/BPO and other CoE tracks to manage the deliverables on time & budget- Identify the key technical / business operation Gaps and provide innovative and business-orientated solutions to address them promptly- Driving business process standardization and simplification from the regional/Corp level- Not limited only to own track scope, work with other tracks, applications teams and business as one team to optimize End-to-End process
