Our client, a Japanese logistics company, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their team. This is a business development-focused (hunter) position, responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, acquiring new customers, and providing suitable logistics solutions.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Prepare quotations, RFQs, SOPs, and operational Terms & Conditions under guidance.
- Support tender bid preparation and assist in reviewing pricing and rate structures.
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales leads.
- Follow up on assigned customer accounts and support revenue generation activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer details, sales visits, and sales progress.
- Conduct customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations teams to support quotation execution and service delivery.
- Assist in promoting company services and products across business entities.
- Collect basic market information and participate in weekly or monthly sales meetings.
- Prepare and submit sales activity and progress reports to the Supervisor.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
- Comfortable with business development activities (hunting sales).
- Strong sales pitching, communication, and negotiation skills.英文
