  Our client is a Japanese trading company providing a wide range of materials, machinery products, and services to various industries, including molding injection, electronics, and semiconductors.
  
  They are seeking a motivated Sales Executive who enjoys developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and working independently. This role is focused on business development and requires someone proactive in engaging both customers and suppliers.
  
  【Responsibilities 】
  - Develop new business by identifying and securing new products and customers.
  - Support customers and suppliers by evaluating products, providing feedback with data, and proposing solutions or alternatives.
  - Maintain regular communication with potential customers, even if there is no immediate progress.
  - Prepare and review quotations, and follow up on customer inquiries.
  - Coordinate with customers on payment matters (if any) and address feedback promptly.
  - Manage inventory control.
  - Source suitable suppliers from different countries through subsidiary networks or independent channels.
  - Take proactive steps to enhance customer satisfaction.
  - Submit weekly sales activity reports to the Assistant Sales Manager with progress updates.
  - Provide data for budget meetings (held in June and December).
  - Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
