本ポジションでは、大規模な銀行システムの開発または導入に関するプロジェクトをリードいただきます。日本語を使用するステークホルダーや多国籍の社内チームと連携し、プロジェクトの計画立案から実行までを一貫してご担当いただきます。
【 業務内容 】
・プロジェクトの全体管理(アプローチおよび計画策定、タイムラインと進捗管理、課題・リスク管理、リソース配分、ガバナンス報告など)
・銀行システムの開発または導入プロジェクトにおけるプロセスの理解と遂行
・複数の部門やチームとの連携を通じ、スコープ・納期・予算に沿った成果物の提供を推進
・日系顧客および社内チームとの調整を行い、プロジェクト目標や期待値を共有・整合
资格
任职资格
【必須条件】
・四大卒以上
・銀行システムの開発または導入に関する5年以上の実務経験
・銀行業務やITアーキテクチャに関する知識を有する方(実務経験がある方は尚可)
・銀行システムの構造や業務フローに対する深い理解
・ビジネスレベルの英語力英文
