  Our Client is a leading supply chain and logistics management specialist. They are currently looking for a Customer Focus Officer (Air Freight) to be based in their Changi Air Freight Centre.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  Customer Engagement & Support
  - Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding freight bookings, tracking, and general inquiries
  - Build strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and proactive communication
  
  Shipment Coordination
  - Work with operations teams, vendors, and carriers to ensure on-time pickup, transit, and delivery
  - Monitor shipments and provide real-time status updates
  
  Complaint Management
  - Handle customer concerns professionally, aiming for swift and effective resolution
  
  Documentation & Compliance
  - Prepare, review, and manage documents such as MAWB, HAWB, DG Declarations, and bills of lading
  - Ensure all shipping documents comply with customs and regulatory requirements
  
  Billing & Invoicing
  - Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  - Coordinate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies or adjustments
  
  Sales Support
  - Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, rate quotations, and post-booking coordination
  
  Recordkeeping & Reporting
  - Maintain accurate customer and shipment records for operational and audit purposes
  
  Process Improvements
  - Suggest and support continuous improvement efforts across customer experience and operations
  
  【Working hours】
  Weekdays Shift
  a) AM SHIFT – 0830hrs to 1800hrs
  b) MID SHIFT - 1200hrs to 2000hrs
  c) PM SHIFT – 1400hrs to 2200hrs (with $20 shift allowance)
  
  Weekend Shift (One weekend per month) - Fully work from home, unless otherwise stated
  a) SATURDAY 0900hrs – 1900hrs - $60/day
  b) SUNDAY 0900hrs – 1900hrs - $100/day
