    Our client is a well-established Japanese logistics company specializing in integrated logistics solutions for the petrochemical industry. With a strong regional presence and commitment to operational excellence, they provide end-to-end supply chain and transportation services to global clients. As part of their business expansion, they are seeking a Senior / Assistant Sales Manager (Japanese Speaking) to strengthen their commercial team and drive business growth.

    Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Sales General Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, expanding the company's customer portfolio, and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Besides managing the full sales cycle, you will collaborate closely with internal departments and overseas offices to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve the company's business objectives.

    【Responsibilities】
    - Drive direct sales activities to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and overall business objectives.
    - Manage and grow existing customer accounts while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.
    - Develop sales strategies and monitor business performance, implementing contingency plans where necessary.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, overseas offices, affiliated companies, and business partners.
    - Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues related to operations, customer service, billing, receivables, and other sales-related matters.
    - Conduct pricing analysis, prepare competitive quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
    - Perform market and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and support strategic sales planning.
    - Work closely with internal departments to develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient service delivery.
    - Prepare annual sales budgets and forecasts, and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
    - Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and business updates to management.
    - Support other business development and commercial initiatives as assigned.

    【Requirements & Preferences】
    (Must)
    - Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or similar
    - At least 5 years of B2B sales experience within the logistics, chemical logistics, petrochemical logistics, ISO tank, bulk liquid transportation, or tank container industry
    - Fluent in English and Japanese in writing/speaking/listening (JLPT N2 or higher) is essential to liaise with English-speaking and Japanese-speaking counterparts
    - Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
    - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.

    (Advantageous)
    - Proven experience managing key accounts and developing new business within the chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, specialty chemicals, industrial gases, or hazardous materials sectors.
    - Familiarity with ISO Tank Container operations, dangerous goods (DG) handling, bulk liquid logistics, freight forwarding, or contract logistics will be a strong advantage.
