Our client is a Japanese listed company in the gaming and digital entertainment industry. They are seeking a Personal Assistant & Admin Executive to provide administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director and ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
- Manage calendars and arrange meeting appointments
- Support daily administrative tasks and general office operations
- Handle office general affairs and clerical duties
- Arrange hotel and flight bookings for business trips
- Prepare and process expense claims and reimbursements
- Support business trip arrangements, including schedules and internal applications
- Coordinate with related parties, including overseas offices such as Hong Kong
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support as required

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Diploma or above.
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, personal assistant, secretary, or executive support functions.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and support business operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to manage schedules, bookings, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to support a wide range of office duties.
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
(Advantageous)
- Working experience in a Japanese firm would be advantageous.英語
