  Our Client is a leading supply chain and logistics management specialist. They are currently looking for a Customer Focus Executive (Freight) to be based in their Changi AirFreight Centre.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding freight bookings, tracking, and general inquiries
  - Build strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and proactive communication
  - Work with operations teams, vendors, and carriers to ensure on-time pickup, transit, and delivery
  - Monitor shipments and provide real-time status updates
  - Handle customer concerns professionally, aiming for swift and effective resolution
  - Ensure all shipping documents comply with customs and regulatory requirements
  - Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  - Coordinate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies or adjustments
  - Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, rate quotations, and post-booking coordination
  - Maintain accurate customer and shipment records for operational and audit purposes
  - Suggest and support continuous improvement efforts across customer experience and operations
  
  【Working hours】
  Staff will be assigned based on business needs to the AM or PM shift as follows.
   • 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (AM Shift)
   • 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PM Shift)
  *Shift allowance provided for PM shift
  
  Rotating weekend duties (Sat & Sun): Assigned on a rotating basis among team members, approximately once a month.
