The incumbent will be responsible to plan, organise, directing and control the operations in the HR (HR/Legal/Compliance related) so as to achieve the objectives and implement and review HR policies and programs pertaining to the company's function. Legal & Compliance Requirement: (10%)- Coordinate with Company Secretary (TMF) & HQ-Legal requirement- Ensure that the legal and compliance requirements of the company are met and furnishes statements on these subjects as required.- Lead the Risk Management Compliance committee in the company- Coordinate, and safe-keep all business agreements, contracts, maintenance agreements, and insurance policies in the centralized file. Control log-book and all original contracts in the company safe- Consult legal advice for the company with HQ-Legal Compliance Dept3. Other Roles: (10%)- Approver in staff reimbursement system in Admin (for exceeding S$50) / HR related- Participant in the HQ-HR's monthly Council Meeting to update & implement HQ-HR's new rules & policies- Any other duties which may be assigned by the superior from time to time
