    Our client is a Japanese trading company specializing in the supply of consumables and operational materials, primarily to the Food & Beverage (F&B) and retail sectors. They are seeking a Sales Manager (Japanese Speaking) to manage key client accounts, drive sales growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

    This position reports directly to the Managing Director.

    【 Responsibilities】
    - Manage and grow existing client accounts (approx. 80%) while identifying and developing new business opportunities (approx. 20%)
    - Propose suitable product solutions and coordinate timely delivery of consumables and materials to F&B and retail clients
    - Maintain strong relationships and regular communication with both Japanese corporate clients and local businesses
    - Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and drive business development initiatives
    - Monitor delivery timelines and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma in any field
    - Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
    - Proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N1) in speaking, listening and writing is essential to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking counterparts
    - Valid driving license
    - Willing to start work in late August or September

    (Advantageous)
    - Prior experience in a managerial or team lead role
    - Work experience in the F&B or retail supply industry
    - Familiarity with Japanese business culture and communication practices
    - Possessing your own vehicle will be an advantage
