• Job Description

  Our client, a Japanese importer of foodstuffs, supplies a wide range of products to retailers and restaurants across Singapore. They are currently looking for a Sales Manager.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Assist the Deputy General Manager to plan, develop, implement, and oversee company initiatives
  - Oversee daily business activities and improve overall business functions
  - Lead a team of junior manager, sales executives, and sales associates
  - Manage budgets, develop strategic plans, create policies and communicate business goals
  - Establish annual, monthly, weekly, or daily sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities to achieve targets
  - Keep extensive sales records and any communications with customers to help management ensure that team's projected sales are met
  - Produce reports about sales progress including collecting data and analyzing the data to identify patterns or trends.
