• Job Description

  Our client is an established music academy and musical instrument retailer in Singapore. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving both B2C and B2B sales by developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers and corporate clients. The role also involves collaborating with the academy's internal team to support business growth and deliver a positive customer experience.
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities with schools, educational institutions and other organisations requiring musical instruments.
  - Manage and maintain relationships with existing B2B clients to generate repeat business and identify further sales opportunities.
  - Handle enquiries from prospective students, parents, walk-in customers and existing customers through various communication channels.
  - Recommend suitable music courses, musical instruments and related services based on customers' needs and preferences.
  - Convert customer enquiries into trial lesson bookings, course enrolments and product sales.
  - Follow up with prospective customers to support sales conversion and achieve individual and company sales targets.
  - Promote and supply musical instruments to schools, educational institutions and other business partners.
  - Collaborate with internal team members to support customer service and day-to-day academy operations as required.
