Job Description
Our client is a newly established Japanese start-up specializing in B2B product purchasing platforms, trading, and wholesale operations. They are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive (HORECA) to join their expanding team.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Meet the sales goals, target, negotiation, and selling to customer needs
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects for the HORECA business.
- Achieve sales target, product mix, and meet all KPIs
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships
- Develop and execute direct sales strategies to increase the rate of sale of brands and SKUs, especially for hotel and restaurant
- Spearhead sales expansion, introduce new products or services to clients, and organize visits to current and potential clients
- Submit sales plans and prepare a counter plan to reach nominated targets
- Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable

Requirement
【 Requirement & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HORECA sales, specifically within the F&B sector
- Possess a network and contacts with HORECA, especially with hotels & restaurants in Singapore
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
(Advantageous)
- Possess a car for the sales activity is a plus (Car allowance will be provided)
- Experience working in a start-up environment is highly preferred.English Level
