    Our client is a newly established Japanese start-up specializing in B2B product purchasing platforms, trading, and wholesale operations. They are currently seeking an Assistant Sales Manager (Horeca) to join their expanding team.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Meeting the sales goals, target, negotiation and selling to customer needs
    - Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects for HORECA business.
    - Achieve sales target, product mix, and meet All KPIs
    - Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
    - Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships
    - Developing and executing direct sales strategies to increase the rate of sale of brands and SKUs, especially for hotel and restaurant
    - Spearhead sales expansion, introduce new products or services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients
    - Submit sales plans and prepare a counter plan to reach nominated targets
    - Ensuring timely collection of account receivables

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【 Requirement & Preferences 】

    (Must)
    - Minimum of 3 years' experience in HORECA sales, specifically within the F&B sector
    - Possess a strong network and contacts with HORECA, especially with hotels & restaurants in Singapore
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

    (Advantageous)
    - Experience working in a start-up environment is highly preferred.
