    Our client, a Japanese-listed IT system consulting company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Executive to join their growing team.

    This role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for ERP solutions, including SAP, Sage, Xero, and other cloud-based platforms. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of enterprise software sales, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the ERP market.
    - Identify and qualify new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
    - Conduct product presentations and demos to prospective clients.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
    - Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and technical teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions.
    - Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
    - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in CRM systems.
    - Stay up to date with ERP industry trends, product updates, and competitor activity.

Qualifications

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma Holder
    - Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in ERP or enterprise software solutions.
    - Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, Sage, Xero, or similar.
    - Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

    (Advantageous)
    - Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
    - Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based ERP solutions.
    - Understanding of finance, accounting, or business operations.
