グループとしては2000年台前半からの基盤があり、少数精鋭にて東南アジアのERP導入のコンサルテーションを行っております。
【 業務内容 】
・シンガポール、タイを中心とした東南アジアに進出している日系企業のEPR導入に向けたコンサルテーション
・日本本社とのシステム、及びデータの連結プロジェクトの推進
・SAPを用いた全体の要件定義
・アウトソース先の選定、エンジニアとの連携業務
・システムの運用、及び改善
・その他顧客との折衝業務やトラブルシューティング対応など
Qualifications
Requirement
【必須条件】
・SAPコンサルタント、或いはERP関連の近しい業界にてRM経験を5年以上お持ちの方
・英語での読み書きが可能な方
・グローバルな事業展開にご興味をお持ちの方
【歓迎条件】
・東南アジアでのERP導入のご経験がをお持ちの方
・ベンチャー企業での勤務経験がある方English Level

Job Description
Our client, a Japanese company providing ICT services to its group companies, is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to join their team.【 Responsibilities 】 - Gather and define requirements for functional improvements in SAP modules such as FI (Financial Accounting), PI (Payment Instruction), and SDMM (Sales & Purchasing Management).- Capture user requirements accurately in English and convey them clearly in Japanese to relevant stakeholders.- Propose alternative IT solutions beyond SAP customization, including RPA tools.- Document proposed solutions in a structured and clear format for stakeholder understanding.- Manage SAP development projects, including cost, schedule, and issue tracking, while coordinating with internal and external parties.- Set up and facilitate meetings to ensure smooth project progress.- Understand accounting and finance operations to assess the quantitative and qualitative impact of new IT tools.- Compile assessment results into clear reports for stakeholders.- Analyze SAP usage data (e.g., payment transactions, contract records, accounting document line items) and report findings systematically.- Handle confidential data in compliance with company security and data governance policies.- Investigate operational issues that disrupt daily work and escalate them to IT vendors in Japanese.- Translate and communicate IT-related requirements accurately between English and Japanese.- Prepare professional documentation, deliver presentations, and handle Q&A sessions in Japanese.
