Our client is a Japanese bank in Singapore. They are currently seeking a Risk Management Officer / Assistant Manager to support the branch's risk management and governance functions.【Responsibilities】- Monitor and analyse credit, liquidity, market, operational, and other risk exposures of the branch- Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and gap analysis to support risk management activities- Support credit reviews, portfolio monitoring, and early warning account management- Prepare risk reports and management information for various risk committees- Monitor liquidity indicators, funding positions, and market risk metrics including VaR and interest rate risk- Perform regulatory gap analysis in relation to MAS Notices, Guidelines, and Circulars- Review internal controls, operational processes, and risk management frameworks- Support Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities and follow-up actions- Assist in the maintenance and review of risk management policies, procedures, and governance documents- Support responses to regulatory inquiries, internal audits, external audits, and Head Office requests- Participate in process improvement initiatives to strengthen risk governance and operational efficiency- Perform other duties as assigned by management
