シンガポール拠点におけるL2アプリケーションサポートとして、日本語・英語の両言語を用いてユーザー対応およびシステム運用の中核を担っていただきます。ビジネスとITの橋渡し役として、迅速かつ的確な対応が求められるポジションです。
【 業務内容 】
① ユーザー対応・コミュニケーション(約40%)
・ユーザーからの問い合わせ対応およびトラブルシューティング(技術・非技術双方)
・サービス志向での迅速かつ丁寧なサポートの提供
・ユーザー・技術チーム・マネジメントとの円滑なコミュニケーション
・インシデント発生時の影響範囲・暫定対応策の報告
② 継続的改善(約30%)
・ユーザーリクエストの記録および管理
・ステークホルダー向けレポート作成
・業務プロセスの改善提案

・L3サポートおよびベンダーとの連携

【 必須条件 】
・大卒以上
・最低5年以上のL2アプリケーションサポートのご経験
・最低2年以上のチームリードのご経験
・金融機関または金融系クライアント向けのサービス経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
・Azure DevOpsやアプリケーションサポートのご経験
・ITサービスマネジメント(ITILなど)の理解
・ServiceNow、Jira等のツール使用経験
