日系M&Aアドバイザリー企業にて、インサイドセールスを募集しております。
買い手側企業のリストアップから、リモートでのご提案、取引完了までのサポートを行う役割を担っていただきます。
【 業務内容 】
1. 買い手のターゲティング(主業務)
・潜在的な買い手企業のリサーチ、パイプラインやリスト構築
・戦略的適合性、シナジーの可能性、買収の合理性を評価
・業界や市場全体にわたる専門的ネットワークを維持・拡大
・買収案件の提案資料、及び売り手企業の財務状況をエクセルにまとめた資料など作成
・買い手企業候補への買収企業案件の提案(メールやお電話、オンラインMTG等)
2. 売り手側案件の理解
・担当する売り手案件のビジネスモデル、財務状況、業界ポジション、組織構造、戦略目標などの理解
・売り手側担当者と連携し、取引の期待値や買い手の要件を明確化
・買い手候補の適性基準を分析し、理想的な買い手企業のプロファイルを定義
3. 取引サポート
・売り手側と潜在的買い手の間での紹介やミーティング調整
・買い手との合同ミーティングへの参加
・取引のライフサイクル全体(平均取引期間:約12ヶ月)にわたり、買い手との関わりをサポート

・企業の財務状況など見られていたご経験をおもちの方
