Our client is one of the largest IT companies in Japan. They are currently seeking an Inside Sales representative to support and expand their business operations in Singapore.
【Responsibilities】
- Manage assigned accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Support the sales team by updating the sales pipeline, responding to customer inquiries, and preparing quotations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processes and resolve any issues.
- Liaise with vendors when required to obtain quotations or coordinate delivery schedules.
- Prepare quotation approval emails for the Head of Department, including P&L information and relevant background details.
- Build and maintain long-term positive relationships with current and potential clients.

【Requirements & Preferences】
（Must)
- Diploma in any field
- 2–3 years of experience in IT sales support, business development, or process optimization
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks accurately and pay attention to detail
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team
