Our client is a reputable Japanese treasury company that also provides shared services. They are seeking a Senior Executive / Executive to join their team.【 Responsibilities 】- Support senior team members in the end-to-end process of project and corporate financing for vessels, including:- Compiling and summarizing Request for Financing (RFP) proposals from financial institutions- Preparing and coordinating due diligence materials for lenders- Tracking conditions precedent and subsequent for loan drawdowns- Prepare presentations and reports to support internal decision-making, including submissions to senior management and the Board- Assist in executing hedging strategies to manage interest rate and foreign exchange risks- Support affiliate companies in monitoring financial covenants and secured credit facilities- Keep abreast of developments in ship financing and the shipping industry- Provide support for treasury-related activities, including participation in M&A due diligence and evaluation of investment opportunities- Undertake ad hoc duties and rotational tasks as assigned
