Our client is a Japanese company that deals with Crude Oil and Gas trading companies in Singapore that focus on selling crude oil and natural gas. The Risk Management Executive will report directly to the Head of Risk Management and support daily risk control, P&L monitoring, hedging effectiveness, credit risk management, and ETRM system operations. This role is positioned at a Junior Executive level and is suitable for candidates with early-career exposure to oil & gas trading or risk management.【Responsibilities】Trading & Market Risk Management- Monitor and maintain accurate book-keeping of physical and hedging derivative transactions- Track and manage daily, monthly, and cumulative P&L for physical and derivative trades- Verify that executed derivative transactions align with the Monthly Hedge Plan- Assess the effectiveness of hedging strategies in mitigating physical price exposure- Monitor annual trading loss limits and take necessary actions to prevent limit breaches- Track and manage P&L deviation between physical and hedge derivatives in line with approved limits- Prepare daily and monthly risk reports for Management and relevant stakeholdersDerivatives & Margin Management- Reconcile hedge derivative (futures) positions and margin calls with financial institutions- Verify deal details entered into the ETRM system against official position slips/statements- Ensure consistency between ETRM margin calculations, internal margin spreadsheets, and bank statementsETRM System & Market Data- Support ETRM system management, enhancement, and data integrity- Compile prices from multiple market sources and build daily settlement and forward curves for ETRM uploadCredit Risk Management- Monitor customer credit exposure and ensure compliance with approved credit limits- Report credit exposure and balances to relevant parties on a regular basis- Analyse customers’ financial condition and market reputation to support appropriate credit limit settingCompliance & Internal Coordination- Ensure compliance with internal risk management rules and trading policies- Attend and participate in meetings with Trading, Operations, Finance & Administration teams, as well as HQ counterparts- Support Finance & Administration-related tasks when required, under the supervision of the Head of Finance & Administration

They are looking for a Planning Manager, Global Treasury Planning Group.【Responsibilities】- Optimize surplus fund consolidation into the Global Treasury Centre (GTC), considering tax and regulatory factors. - Develop strategies to maximize interest income and manage intra-group financing, liquidity, and external borrowing through effective deposit and fund management policies. - Conduct regular analysis of group-wide surplus deposit balances and develop strategic policies to maximize interest income through term deposits and short term financial instruments. - Lead the design and implementation of a Treasury Management System (TMS) to ensure real-time visibility into cash balances, flows, borrowing status, and FX positions. - Define system requirements, evaluate vendors, and assess effectiveness. - Develop an integrated financial data framework and improve cash flow forecasting models to enhance forecast accuracy. - Analyze the current decentralized funding structure across group entities and assess capital needs to design an integrated funding scheme under the GTC to optimize funding efficiency and reduce costs. - Lead the redesign of the Global Credit Facility (GCF) by shifting the borrowing entity to GTC and reviewing contracts, funding routes, and guarantee schemes to reduce commitment fees.- Select the optimal location for cash pooling based on liquidity, tax efficiency, and operational needs. - Design and implement a global cash pooling system to manage cash flows, currency requirements, and regulatory compliance across key locations. - Lead the transition of intra-group transactions to re-invoicing through the GTC to centralize foreign exchange risk. - Assess current FX operations and develop strategies to shift from external to internal FX settlements, reducing bank fees. - Identify and manage FX exposures and design a centralized hedging strategy to mitigate group-wide currency risks.- Establish a framework with local Finance & Accounting teams to ensure seamless execution of treasury operations in line with group policies. - Collaborate closely with Planning Managers across key regions, monitor treasury KPIs, and take corrective actions when necessary. - Provide strategic guidance and support to the GTC operations team in funding, investment, FX management, and re-invoicing activities.- Lead efforts to secure and maintain the Singapore Financial Treasury Centre (FTC) incentive, including research, application planning, and post-incentive compliance. - Maximize tax benefits by designing and implementing profit centralization strategies, such as re-invoicing, cash pooling, and intra-group lending. - Develop and implement global treasury policies to ensure consistent financial governance across all locations. - Establish compliance frameworks for regulatory requirements (OFAC, AML, KYC), and design controls for cash management, FX transactions, and intra-group loans.- Standardize approval processes and conduct regular compliance reviews.
