Our client, a Japanese manufacturing company of semiconductor industry spare parts and other materials is looking for a Sales Engineer (Japanese Speaking). This role will be responsible for building relationships with customers and maximizing revenue. You will be reporting to the Sales General Manager.【Responsibilities】- Develop relationships by conducting frequent visits/web meetings/telecommunication and seeking new opportunities with existing accounts.- Create new customer accounts.- Gather market intelligence on customer business activities/projects, competitors' products, industry developments, and economic indicators.- Provide product and technical expertise to match suitable solutions to customer requirements.- Handle other aspects of sales/marketing functions, including quotations, sales reports, forecasts, and monitoring stock levels and inventory.- Liaise with counterparts in Japan/Vietnam/Korea/US/Taiwan.- Prepare, analyze, and submit reports to immediate superiors.- Provide and maintain quality service in compliance with organisation standards.- Contribute to the team in achieving the organisation's and department's goals.

Our client, a global leader in the semiconductor printed circuit board industry, is seeking aSales Assistant Manager/Manager (Semiconductor PCB & Substrate) to join their Singapore team.You will manage customer accounts, drive sales growth, and support technical-commercial engagements for PCB and substrate products. The role requires strong negotiation capabilities, technical understanding of semiconductor packaging materials and processes, and prior experience in the semiconductor or related high-tech manufacturing industries.Reporting to: Director【Responsibilities】Sales & Account Management- Manage existing customer accounts and develop new business opportunities within the semiconductor sector.- Lead the sales process including inquiry handling, quotation preparation, commercial negotiation, and contract finalization.- Monitor customer forecasts, demand changes, and production schedules to ensure alignment with internal planning teams.- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.Customer Engagement- Maintain regular communication with customers, including procurement, engineering, and program management teams.- Address customer inquiries, coordinate issue resolution, and support ongoing project activities.- Facilitate customer visits, audits, and technical discussions with internal engineering and manufacturing teams.Technical & Product Support- Understand customer technical requirements and product specifications related to PCB and substrate technologies.- Coordinate with engineering, R&D, and production teams in Korea to support qualification builds, technical reviews, and product improvements.- Provide basic technical explanations of product capabilities, materials, stack-ups, and manufacturing processes.Commercial & Negotiation Activities- Conduct price negotiations and manage commercial terms in accordance with company policies and profitability targets.- Analyze market pricing, cost structures, and competitive conditions to support decision-making.- Support long-term supply agreements and strategic customer programs.Market & Industry Analysis- Track industry developments, customer roadmaps, and competitor activities within the semiconductor packaging ecosystem.- Provide periodic market intelligence and recommendations to management.
