  Our Client provides total logistics services. They are currently looking for a Traffic Controller to take charge of drivers and delivery assistants. This position be reporting to the Contract Manager
  
  【Responsibilities】
  - Plan, schedule, organize and assign jobs daily.
  - Provide feedback on any safety violations or discipline by drivers to the Operation Manager.
  - Adhere to and inculcate safety requirements always.
  - Constant communications with drivers to ensure given jobs are completed.
  - Liaise and coordinate with Customers on any problem pertaining to the job.
  - Report any cargo damage and traffic accident to Operation Manager.
  - Assist the Operation Manager to investigate incidents/accidents promptly.
  - Send all finding reports i.e. Incident Report /CAPA to the Operation Manager /Senior Manager upon request.
  - Take initiative to ask customers for a time extension for export collections if required.
  - Plan and allocate appropriate vehicles and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  - Check all company assets and equipment are in good hands.
  - Plan and schedule the vehicle for servicing and inspection.
  - Report any delivery abnormality & discrepancy to the immediate superior.
  - Constant and close monitoring of all deliveries and collections.
  - Perform other duties related to the department’s import/export operations as assigned.
  - Attend to customer’s phone calls after office hours.
  - Follow up on drivers' feedback and seek Operation Manager advice if needed.
  - Assist the Operation Manager to monitor the maintenance schedule of the department’s vehicles and arrange accordingly.
