Our client, a reputable Japanese law firm, is seeking a suitable candidate to join their Singapore office as an Admin / Secretary.
【 Responsibilities 】
- Manage and adjust appointment schedules
- Arrange business trips and related itineraries, including dining and logistics
- Liaise with the Tokyo office and other affiliated offices
- Communicate effectively with clients and lawyers in both Japanese and English
- Prepare documents and handle data entry tasks
- Organize filing systems and manage document control
- Perform other general administrative and ad-hoc duties as required

任职资格
【 Requirement & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Minimum Diploma qualification
- At least 2–3 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles
- Proficient in Japanese (minimum JLPT N1) in speaking, listening or writing is essential as the role involves frequent communication with Japanese lawyers and clients, and handling documents in Japanese
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint英文
