日系の大手コンサルティングファームにて、戦略コンサルタント／マネージャーを募集しております（タイトルはご経験によって決定）。シンガポールのコンサルチームは約20名の規模で、若手、シニア問わず一人ひとりが裁量を持ってプロジェクトに携わっております。
クライアントはIT、金融、製造、食品、物流、インフラ系等多岐にわたり、プロジェクトごとに公募制で希望されるメンバーを優先的にアサインしております。
【 業務内容 】
・新規／既存クライアントとのミーティング設定、ニーズや課題のプロジェクト化
・プロジェクトのワークプラン立案
・現状調査、結果・内容の分析、改善施策の検討
・クライアントへのプレゼンテーション
・オンサイトでの改善施策の実施と検証
・課題やリスクに合わせた、スケジューリング等のプロジェクトマネジメント
・ソリューションを持つベンダーをはじめとしたパートナー企業の選定、また同社との交渉等の代行
资格
任职资格
【必須条件】
・四大卒以上
・3〜5年以上のマネジメント／戦略コンサルティングファームでの実務経験がある方
・リサーチ業務に携わっていた方
・プロジェクトデザイン、マネジメントに積極的に関わっていきたい方
・英語での業務に抵抗がない方（英語の主な用途は社内でのローカルスタッフとのコミュニケーションとなります）
