Job Description
Our Client is a Japanese consulting firm. They are hiring an Assistant Sales Manager for HR Consulting (Japanese Speaking) who is passionate about expanding their business in Singapore. As an Assistant Sales Manager for HR Consulting (Japanese Speaking) of the HR consulting unit, you will be responsible for designing compensation and benefits, assisting clients' HR issues to be resolved, reviewing governance reconstruction support, business process reengineering, learning and development, cost reduction strategy and the implementation of a new system, etc.【 What you will be doing 】- Plan and execute sales strategy and meet the company’s objective- Managing relationships and new business development with clients as a sales representative for consulting.- Execution support of various consulting(designing compensation and benefit, assisting client's HR issues to be resolved, reviewing governance reconstruction support, business process reengineering, learning and development, cost reduction strategy with implementation of new system, etc.)- Plan and execute sales strategy and meet the company’s objective- Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts- Meeting with customers, discussing their business situation and financial details, timelines, and providing appropriate advice.- Research and provide information on HR regulations and markets- Analyzing data to identify problem areas. Developing plans to implement solutions.- Brushing up a good working knowledge of various industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations(*especially HR related) in Southeast Asia.- Monitor progress, ensure that work quality and techniques are of a high standard and report regularly on project performance, and against- Ensuring management reports, agreements, and all other required documents are reviewed and stored for record keeping.- Gathering a survey of market information in each country, mainly in Singapore and other Southeast Asia countries.- Liaise and coordinate with other divisions internally in regard to customer requests or new project implementation.- Undertaking any other related tasks and duties assigned by the management and referred by partners.
