日系人材紹介会社シンガポール本社において、事業拡大のために法人営業を増員募集しています。2011年にシンガポール法人を設立し、日系企業のお客様や日本語スピーカーをお探しの日系・外資系企業を中心に人材紹介サービスを展開しております。
シンガポールに拠点を置く顧客に対して人材採用の観点から事業課題・経営課題解決に向けて支援をするお仕事です。課題のヒアリングから適切な人材の提案、面接支援、入社手配まで総合的なサポートを行って頂きます。
【 業務内容 】
・新規企業の開拓(日本・多国籍・シンガポールローカル系企業)
・新規求人のヒアリング・作成・条件のすり合わせ
・日系・外資系企業向けに契約交渉、求人獲得交渉
・既存顧客向けフォローアップ
・社内のコンサルタントチームへの求人共有・内容のすり合わせ
・企業様への選考プロセスのサポート(ご推薦、選考管理、入社フォローなど)
・その他、採用支援に関わる事務作業全般
入社後は、パフォーマンスに応じて、チームリーダーやマネージャー、拠点責任者などマネジメントポジションへの昇格が可能。
また希望があれば他国拠点への異動も可能。昇格、異動ともに実績ございます。

・四大卒以上
