経済系メディアを運営するコンサルティングチームにて、セールスマネージャーを募集しております。
本ポジションは、まずは営業として目標の達成に向け新規顧客の獲得を牽引、リードしていただき、将来的に日系チームのヘッドを担っていただくリーダー候補としてご活躍いただきます。
【 業務内容 】
・機械、化学、自動車、半導体など東南アジアの産業における見込み顧客をターゲティング
・現地の経営層および事業戦略立案、営業企画、新規事業開発に従事する方々へのアプローチ
・見込み客の描く事業成長の道筋をリサーチ要件に転換し、提案
・見込み顧客に対し積極的にアプローチし(アウトバウンド)、デモセッション(オンラインまたは対面)を企画・主導
・自身の月次および四半期目標の達成に向けて、パイプライン数の管理及び見込み客へのクロージングを実行
・四半期に一度の頻度で2週間ほどバンコク、ハノイ、ホーチミンに出張
・各関連部門と適切に連携し、新規顧客獲得上の課題解決をリード
Qualifications
Requirement
【 必須条件 】
・大卒以上
・5〜8年間のB2B営業やコンサルティング経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(社内外でのコミュニケーションに必要)
・自発的に行動し、結果に対して責任を負うことができる方
【 歓迎条件 】
・タイ・ベトナムでの勤務経験、または留学経験のある方
・会計、ファイナンスの基本的な知識がある方English Level
