Our client is a global Japanese company specializing in chemicals and electronics.
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting the growth of assigned chemical products across regional B2B markets. The role focuses on managing customer accounts, agents and channel partners, developing market opportunities, supporting sales pipeline and forecast activities, and contributing to sustainable business growth.
This role requires a commercially minded and future-ready professional who can combine traditional relationship-based selling with modern tools, market analytics, and customer insight generation.
Reports to Team Leader and Director

【 Responsibilities 】
- Implement sales and marketing strategies for assigned products in line with business objectives and guidance from management.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing and potential clients, channel partners, and other stakeholders, through account planning, opportunity follow-up and relationship development.
- Support lead generation, customer qualification, quotation follow-up and sales opportunity tracking.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals and customer-facing materials
- Serve as a key contact point for customer enquiries, feedback, complaints and commercial coordination.
- Support sales forecasting by providing customer demand updates, order pipeline information and market intelligence
- Prepare and present periodic sales, pipeline, forecast and market intelligence reports.
participation in exhibitions and other promotional activities
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales admin and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

【Requirements & Preferences】
(Must)
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields
- Inexperienced candidates with excellent communication skills and a high interest in joining the chemical industry leader are welcome!
- Maximum 5 years of sales and marketing experience within chemical products manufacturing or industry
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills in English and Mandarin to engage with English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Highly sales-driven, motivated, and resilient with a positive attitude.
- Willing to travel for business needs (mostly to Southeast Asia region, such as Taiwan, India, and, depending on the assigned product market)
(Advantageous)
- Experience working with or knowledge of Japanese multinational companies.
- Possess regional exposure to Southeast Asia英語
