    Our client is a Japanese wedding production company providing wedding planning services for couples in Singapore who wish to hold their wedding ceremonies in Japan.

    【 Responsibilities 】
    - Develop and execute business strategies to grow the company’s presence in the Singapore market
    - Promote wedding services and develop new customer opportunities
    - Establish and maintain partnerships with travel agencies, wedding-related businesses, and other relevant stakeholders
    - Conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities and growth areas
    - Coordinate closely with the headquarters in Japan and local business partners
    - Support local business operations and contribute to future market expansion initiatives
    - Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

    【Requirements & Preferences】

    (Must)
    - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
    - At least 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably within the wedding, bridal, travel, tourism, hospitality, or related industries
    - Business-level proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
    - Proven experience in business development, sales, partnership development, business planning, or related functions

    (Advantageous)
    - Strong business network and knowledge of the Singapore market
    - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and contribute to business growth
    - Experience in launching or expanding a new business, market, or operation
